#emacs in a multi-monitor, macos setup, I often want multiple frames (e.g. separate frames for code+repl and org notes).

When using command+tab between apps, I think I always want to return to my last active frame but the current actual behavior is that the last created frame is the one that becomes active. Is there a way to change that behavior?
