I posted a very early version of an @album codium/vscode extension: https://open-vsx.org/extension/KyleHarrington/album-code

This ports some of the functionality I've been using in #emacs. There are many features to still add, but the key things I find useful from this are being able to install/uninstall/deploy/run solutions with single commands.
